Scope of Work in a leading in a Goa-based Indian company focusing on point-of-care (POC) molecular diagnostics, with the mission of making accurate, rapid and cost-effective testing accessible in resource-limited settings
Internal Fire Hydrant System
1. Emergency Signage
Installation of emergency auto glow type signs at designated locations for safe evacuation.
2. Fire Alarm System Components
Installation of response indicators and control modules at required locations.
Installation of repeater panel at security/control room for centralized monitoring.
3. Fire Protection System Components
Installation of weatherproof, outdoor lockable hoses as per standards.
Excavation works in all types of soil for routing of piping and cabling.
Installation, testing, and commissioning of pressure trims and other essential fire system components.
4. Addressable Fire Alarm System
Installation of addressable manual call points, heat detectors.
Installation of multi sensor detectors.
Installation of addressable strobe combined with hooter.
Providing annunciation system with 6 wall mount speakers.
5. System Testing & Commissioning
Complete functional testing and commissioning of fire protection and alarm systems to ensure operational readiness.
6. Liaisoning & Approvals
Submission of drawings, test reports, and documentation to Goa Fire Department.
Obtaining necessary fire NOC and approvals for project compliance.
Conclusion:
The installation and commissioning of the fire protection and alarm system successfully completed. The scope of work has been fully executed in compliance with Goa Fire Department regulations.
