Fabrication, Installation, Connection, Testing & Commissioning of Fire Fighting Works at a Company which is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality pumping solutions

Scope of Work:

  1. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Fire Hydrant System.
    Includes piping, hydrant valves, hose pipes, and branch pipes.
  2. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Fire Sprinkler System.
    Includes pendent sprinklers and upright sprinklers.
  3. Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Fire Tank and Pumping System. Includes diesel engine-driven centrifugal pumps and firefighting tanks.

Works included:

  • Transportation– of all required materials from site-stores within the site premises to the erection locations, including lifting of materials as required.
  • Supply of Consumables – like Teflon tape, cutting wheel, threading oil, hole tight, thread, saveda, welding electrodes, etc. as per the approved make of the client.
  • Execution – of the job in full compliance with the technical specifications of the project.
  • Painting– of pipes, supports, and electrical equipment.
  • Testing – of all the installations and systems as per the project specifications.
  • Commissioning – of the installed systems and hand-over to the client.
  • Unloading – Require manpower for unloading of incoming materials; this will be in the contractor’s scope.

Conclusion

The project is ongoing and progressing in accordance with the approved schedule and specifications, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
