Fire Water Network Installation around one Plot in a New Fire Training Ground and Dismantling of Facilities from Existing Fire Training Ground in India’s leading oil and gas exploration and production company, contributing about 70% of the nation’s crude oil and natural gas output.

Scope of Work:

  1. Fire Water Network – New Fire Training Ground
  • Design and installation of a complete fire water network around the designated plot of the new fire training ground.
Works included:
  • Delivery of fire water pipelines and gate valves.
  • Installation of fire equipment (monitor, hydrants, hose box, hoses, branches, eye wash station, and associated civil works).
  • Connection to the main fire water supply line and testing of the system.
  • Coordination with civil, electrical, and mechanical teams to ensure full system integration.
  • Pressure testing, flushing, and commissioning of the fire water network.
  1. Dismantling Works – Existing Fire Training Ground
  • Safe dismantling and removal of old fire training facilities and infrastructure.
Works included:
  • Demolition of existing training props, storage tanks, piping, and associated structures.
  • Disconnection of utilities and services before dismantling.
  • Removal and proper disposal or relocation of materials as per environmental and safety regulations.
  • Site clearance and preparation for future use or handover.

Conclusion

The project works for the Fire Water Network around the new Fire Training Ground and the Dismantling of Facilities from the Old Fire Training Ground were successfully completed within 45 days, adhering to all safety, quality, and technical standards. The execution was carried out efficiently and at a reasonable and competitive cost, ensuring full client satisfaction and compliance.
